You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BuildOn from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provisions shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
